Being a productive and successful member of the foodservice industry for the last 40 years, we have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our restaurant and the sanitation practices of our employees. With the emergence of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we have heightened our procedures to ensure you continue to have the safest dining experience.
Along with enhanced handwashing practices, our staff has been instructed to perform accelerated sanitizing practices on all high-touch surfaces multiple times per day, including but not limited to door handles, restroom faucets and flush handles, salt and pepper shakers, point of sales screens, menus, table covers and any and all surfaces that are touched often. Our cleaning company, which has worked with us for over 25 years, has enhanced their daily cleaning and disinfecting.
Our staff has been instructed to NOT come to work sick and feverish. They are not allowed to return to work until they can provide a note from their Doctor that they may do so.
