We we were shocked, humbled, and very excited when The Food Network show “Top 5 Restaurants” called our Buffalo Sauce “The Nation’s Best Wing Sauce” during the episode where they named our Dirt Wings the Top 5 Bar Food in the country! Click here for info.

We’re all about the flavor, not simply the heat. Sure our Buffalo Sauce is a bit spicy, but it’s medium heat, not oh-my-gosh-I’m-gonna-die heat. Our recipe uses real butter – not margarine or fake butter flavor – plus a couple of secret ingredients.
