Orders must be placed a minimum of 72 hours in advance, except for wings only. Orders for wings only may be placed 48 hours in advance. Please note: we do get fully booked in advance. Even if you plan to place an order 72 hours in advance we might already be booked. The 72 hours and 48 hours ordering criteria is the minimum required.
Appetizers are based on 25 pieces or servings.
Half Tray items feed 8-12 people | Full Tray items feed 20-25
Disposable plates and utensils can be included at no charge with all orders over $100 based on number of guests
Disposable chafing dishes with sterno are available for an additional $10.00 for each unit

You can order online using the form below. You will not be asked for payment when submitting an online order. A J. Tim’s Manager will contact you soon after your order is submitted to confirm the order. NOTE: ALL CATERING ORDERS REQUIRE FULL PRE-PAYMENT. When we call you to confirm your order, we will get payment then.
If you’re not sure how much food to order, our experienced Managers will be happy to make recommendations. The quantity will depend on the time of day, type of function, and if you’re serving any other food.
Please note we are CLOSED on Mondays. Your order is NOT confirmed until a Manager contacts you. If your voice mail is full (which happens often), please call us. If you have any special requirements or questions, please note that in “Comments” section below.
When selecting your pick-up date, if a day is gray (not black) on the calendar it means we are either already fully booked for catering that day or we are closed.
