We’ve been a stable Central Connecticut restaurant for 44 years with the same co-owners and our GM of 40 years, who started as a line cook. There are opportunities for advancement as we recently promoted 3 line cooks to Supervisors and a Supervisor to Banquet Chef. Must have experience in a busy, full-service kitchen. Weekend availability is required.
