Join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen where you’ll work hard and have fun doing so. We’ve been a stable Central Connecticut restaurant for 44 years with the same co-owners and our GM of 40 years, who started as a line cook. There are opportunities for advancement as we recently promoted 3 line cooks to Supervisors and a Supervisor to Banquet Chef. Must have experience in a busy, full-service kitchen. Weekend availability is required.

We offer competitive wages, benefits, and room for growth. We’re currently closed on Mondays and we also close on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Memorial Day (Sunday and Monday), July 4th, and Labor Day (Sunday and Monday).
