We fry all of our foods in Trans Fat Free Oil (no peanut oil is used). Our Buffalo and Teriyaki sauces are gluten free, however, the oils in which they are fried have possibly been cross contaminated with gluten product. We leave it to you to decide how sensitive you are to gluten when ordering these items.
Cold Wing Pack: If you’re not going to be eating or serving your wings right away, our Cold Wing Pack is the perfect solution! Super easy to re-heat. The wings are cooked through, then chilled, with the sauce on the side. This prevents them from sitting in the sauce for too long and losing their crispiness. You can order any size and have them regular or dirt style. Please note: We need 1 hour advance notice to prepare a Cold Wing Pack.
These are larger, breaded chicken tenderloins, they are not chicken nuggets or poppers. Our chicken tenders can be served plain or covered in any of our 4 sauces or dry rub.
