Please stop by the restaurant and complete an application any day between the hours of 2pm-4:30pm. If available, bring a resume to attach to the application. A Manager will contact you for an interview when we have positions available. For servers we prefer a minimum of 2 years experience in a full service restaurant. For hosts and food runners, we will generally train new staff who have a strong work ethic and are highly motivated. All service staff must have night and weekend availability, including some holidays. We are typically closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day.

Line Cook applicants must possess the basic skills and maturity level needed to handle themselves efficiently in a busy, full-service kitchen. Pertinent experience and knowledge is welcome. All individuals must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays and especially Sundays. Line cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to: food safety, sanitation, sauté, flat top, char-grill, fry station, broiler, pantry, etc.
Dishwashers should have some experience in a very busy environment, with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
