We have three (3) rooms available for private events:

  • The Wine Loft can accommodate a minimum of 18 people and a maximum of 28. 
  • The Boarding Room a minimum of 20 people and a maximum of 40 people
  • The Gathering Room a minimum of 40 people and a maximum of 80 people. 

The Wine Loft and Boarding Room are on the second floor so all attendees must be able to go up/down a flight of stairs. The Gathering Room is on the main floor and has a private bar ($75 fee for a bartender).

The Boarding Room 

Minimum 20, maximum 40 people

We use square or rectangular tables that can seat 6-10 people each. There is a side board buffet and stereo system in the room. The Boarding Room is upstairs on the second floor.

The Wine Loft

Minimum 18, maximum 28 people

We use square or rectangular tables that can seat 6-10 people each for a lunch or dinner. Or, as shown in the picture, we can use one long table for up to 20 people. For cocktail-type parties, we can use up to 7 tables of 4 each. There is a side board buffet and stereo system in the room. The Wine Loft is upstairs on the second floor.

The Gathering Room

Minimum 40, maximum 80 people

We use round tables of 8-10 people each. There is a private bar in the Gathering Room (not shown). A $75 flat fee will be applied for a bartender in the Gathering Room. The room has a sound system with a wireless microphone available.
